Deployable Waterproof Cases
& Custom Foam Inserts

When deploying systems you often require the need for watertight / waterproof cases. In-house engineering and fabricating teams afford us the unique advantage of being able to respond to our customers’ custom container needs quickly and efficiently. We work with our clients to analyze their specific requirements and deliver a quality solution that provides the utmost product security.

Unlike the majority of our competition, our custom production work is done completely in-house, affording us total control over the design and production process. Our design staff reviews our customers’ equipment and packaging requirements in order to provide effective and efficient protective packaging and polyurethane foams. We also have the ability to provide our customers with drop test and vibration certification.

Rack-mount cases allow the equipment to be stacked vertically, affording fast deployment for computers, satellite communications gear and more. DTI’s superior engineering ensures equipment safety, while our attention to case re-usability lowers your overall container costs.

Each case is airtight, dust proof and watertight, with a rugged polyethylene roto-molded exterior and molded-in interlocking ribs to provide stacking strength. Recessed hardware and molded tongue-and-groove gasketed parting lines are just some of the standard features in our Rack mount cases.
Available in a variety of heights and colors, our Double-Entry and Single lid cases are compliant with commercial and military performance testing and specifications. We carry Hardigg, Storm, Pelican, SKB, Zarges and Zero.

Even though the foam interiors are designed to be protective, they may not with stand harsh treatment from shipping companies. If damage does occur to equipment during shipping, DTI is not liable and claims should be taken up with the transport company.
It is suggested that any product in foam or otherwise over 25 LBS should be palletized to minimize any possible damage.
