Andrew has over 25 years of sales and management experience specializing in, power generation products, tactical communication systems and forward deployed systems. Andrew has led the sales, marketing for a range of organizations including small business startups, large corporations, US Military, and Government contracting agencies. He has generated over 1 billion dollars in sales across the Government, Public and Private sectors.

Andrew started a value added reseller (VAR) company in 2001 named Advanced C4 Integration (AC4I) catering to the federal government designing and manufacturing custom kits for all types for communications and forward deployed equipment, Andrew sold AC4I in early 2006 to another Virginia based company specializing in the same area.

Seeing a large demand for help with new technology and systems design and manufacturing within the government, Andrew then started Deployable Technologies & Integration (DTI) in 2006 focusing on Secure Systems Integration and developing Secure Communication Systems for the U.S. Department of Defense. In 2019, Andrew turned Deployable Technologies into a Veteran Affairs, Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (CVE-SDVOSB) and Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB).
